The Program

The Leader Sphere is a dedicated space and time to realign with what matters most to you about the work you are doing and the life you are living. You’ll get reflection, rest, clarity, confidence, and accountability as you plan for what’s next for your leadership and career growth — with curated resources, tools, and support every step of the way.


This program includes:

  • Monthly 90 minute facilitated group sessions by Zoom (12pm ET on the first Friday of each month)

  • Video and resource shares by email 

  • Private online community for support and networking

  • In between virtual group coaching sessions you’ll receive:

    • Connection with an accountability and support partner

    • Resources and tools to support you that are based on the topics of the month

    • Opportunities to receive personal 1:1 coaching and support
