As new resources and needs come into view, here are resources that provide a foundational understanding of burnout, offer a perspective on this to employers, and provide an opportunity for you to learn some new tools.

THE PRACTICE

Researchers are clear that resetting or "clearing" the stress cycle is a key approach to mitigating burnout. 

Take time this weekend to do 1 thing that helps you reduce stress. This could be a short walk, meditation, playing a game, making a piece of art, or simply enjoying the company of a friend.
