Leader Sphere is a year-long community of women leading change across sectors — through philanthropy, social impact, and public service. Together, we deepen wisdom, strengthen strategy, and sustain the clarity and connection required to shape a more just and thriving future.
What is Leader Sphere?
Leadership today asks more of us than ever — discernment, adaptability, and the courage to lead with both strength and sensitivity. Leader Sphere offers the space to meet that call. Over twelve months, participants engage in guided learning, reflective practice, and peer connection within a supportive coaching community. Each session builds the capacity to navigate complexity, sustain purpose, and lead from wholeness.
This is where women come to pause, recalibrate, and access the clarity needed to make meaningful change — in their organizations, their communities, and the systems they influence.

This confidential environment supports learning and connection while fostering openness, connection, and personal growth. Through shared frameworks, peer learning, and coaching support, participants strengthen their ability to navigate complexity, sustain themselves in the work, and lead with greater presence and purpose. The Program
Leader Sphere unfolds over twelve months as an intentional rhythm of learning, reflection, and community.
Each month includes:
A 90-minute facilitated group session focused on a specific leadership theme
Practical frameworks and reflective practices grounded in real leadership challenges
Guided reflection prompts to support integration between sessions
Peer connection and dialogue with women navigating similar complexity
Optional one-to-one coaching for deeper, personalized support
The experience blends structure with spaciousness — offering room to experiment, pause, and grow without pressure to perform.

The Coach
Facilitated sessions and optional individual coaching provide guidance, perspective, and accountability. Coaching helps you notice patterns, deepen awareness, and translate insight into meaningful change.

You learn alongside a thoughtfully curated group of women leaders who understand the realities of purpose-driven work. Peer dialogue offers resonance, shared experience, and accountability without comparison or fixing.

The Investment
Your investment in Leader Sphere is $1,200 for the full twelve-month experience. This investment is in your leadership — your clarity, resilience, and capacity to create meaningful impact in the work you’re called to do. It supports a year of guided learning, reflection, and community designed to strengthen both your inner foundation and your outward influence.
Many participants receive full or partial sponsorship from their employers as part of their professional development.
