This month's Connection Conversation was all about finding steady ground in the midst of unpredictability.

  • What does steady ground look like?

  • What does steady ground feel like?

  • What is the impact when your ground is not steady?

Exercise:

  • On a piece of paper, create 2 columns.

  • In column 1: list out - what do you have control over when it comes to your own life?

  • In column 2: list out - what do you not have control over when it comes to your own life?

  • Review your list in column 2. What is NOT TRUE about this life - what parts of these "uncontrollables" might you be able to move into column 1?

  • Notice what shifts/changes when you analyze your column 2 using this perspective.
